What you may be asking yourself

These are the questions firms ask about working with us. Questions about a specific service live on that service's page, and anything not answered here earns a fast, honest reply if you tap our shoulder.

What is the ninety-day proof gate?

Every engagement we sign, including twelve-month agreements, includes a gate at day ninety. You look at what has actually been done, the fixes shipped, the content published, the early signals, and if you do not want to continue, you walk with no notice period and no penalty. Month three is your last billed month. After the gate, ordinary exits take thirty days notice. We would rather earn month four than bill it.

Do you really publish your prices?

Yes, and we wrote a whole article showing them next to the market's: what law firm marketing actually costs in 2026. Twelve-month agreement rates run lower, month to month runs fifteen to twenty percent higher, and you will always know your number before work starts.

Who owns our website, accounts, and data?

Your firm does, all of it, from day one. Domains, hosting, and platform accounts live in your firm's name and are billed directly to you with no markup. We never sell or share information you send us. If we ever part ways, everything stays exactly where it always was. With you.

Will we get surprise costs?

No. Our fees cover our work, and the operational costs of your digital property, domain, hosting, platform fees, run in your own accounts, typically a few hundred dollars a year for most firms. If we ever think something is worth budgeting more for, we huddle up with you first and implement after you agree, never the other way around.

Who will we actually be working with?

The three people on our About page, and mostly our founder, who does the work and answers the email. No account managers, no handoffs, no ticket queue.

Do you work with firms outside California?

Yes, law firms anywhere in the United States. The work runs remotely, on-site filming comes to you with no travel charges, and working with one industry everywhere beats working with every industry somewhere.

What do the first ninety days look like?

Foundation and early signals. The technical problems get found and fixed, the content starts shipping, your profiles and listings get squared away, and you see a report connecting it to your actual numbers. Full results take longer and we say so everywhere, which is exactly why the proof gate exists at ninety days: you judge the work, not a promise.

Why should a firm pick a three-person shop over a big agency?

Because at most agencies the person who sold you is not the person doing the work, and nobody notices your intake dropped, because nobody there knew what your intake was. Here the person doing the work is the person you call, your numbers get looked at by someone whose name you know, and the report never says things are going well unless they are.

Do you offer GEO and AEO services?

Yes. GEO and AEO are newer industry names for optimizing your visibility in generative and answer engines, meaning the AI tools your clients now ask. That work is part of this program at no separate charge. The vocabulary is new. The foundation it depends on is the same clean site, structured data, and genuinely useful content we build here.
