Privacy policy

Effective September 7, 2026

We collect the information you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you and to do our work, and we never sell it or share it for marketing. The longer version below says the same thing with more detail.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, your firm's name, your email address, and your message. If we end up working together, we keep the ordinary business records that come with that relationship. Like most websites, ours also collects standard analytics information through the platform it runs on, things like pages visited, browser type, and general location, which helps us understand how the site is used. That analytics data does not identify you by name to us.

How we use it

To respond to you, to provide our services if you become a client, and to run and improve this website. That is the whole list. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and submitting our form does not sign you up for a newsletter or a drip campaign.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their marketing. Information you send us is disclosed only to the service providers that make our business run, such as our website hosting and email providers, or if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics, provided by the platform that hosts it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Like most websites, this site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, largely because no common standard exists for honoring them.

Your choices

If you want to know what information we have about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email us and we will handle it. No forms, no hoops. We keep information only as long as we have a business reason to keep it.

Children

This site is for law firms and the adults who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
